Il primo e’ una porzione di cibo a base di riso bianco compattato. Viene mangiato intinto nella salsa di soia.
Il Sashimi e’ invece del pesce crudo fresco ma senza
l’accompagnamento del riso. A volte possiamo anche trovare della carne, soprattutto cruda, ma è sicuramente preferibile
scegliere le varianti a base di pesce. Viene accompagnato con il
rafano piccante e alternato comunque con del riso bianco.
La specialita’ di NOBU e’ una scatola rettangolare che contiene una varieta’ di sashimi. I prezzi sono, pasteggiando con del tè, intorno ai 50 €.
Infine una nota di mondanita’. Invito subito dopo Natale a casa dei coniugi Crawford.. Lui e’ il Presidente della Scuola Canadese ad Hkong e ne sta aprendo un’altra a Macao.Lei, una stupenda cinese, e’ stata miss Hkong e la prima donna a conseguire nella città il brevetto di pilota. La sig.ra Crawford parteciperà al primo volo nello spazio organizzato da Richard Branson, il gran capo della Virgin.
