Ambiente raffinato con ottima cucina e vista panoramica”

Poco distante da San Vito lo Capo, entriamo in questo resort ben accolti da una signora che ci servirà con professionalità a tavola. La sala da pranzo e’ piena di vetrate che ci consentono di ammirare ilo splendido paesaggio sottostante. Buona la caponata che prendo come primo. Finalmente provo il cuscus di pesce ( un pezzo di cernia) di cui avevo sentito molto parlare e che non avevo mai provato. Innaffia il tutto un doppio calice di Grillo ben ghiacciato
