Alla vigilia del festeggiamento dei 25 anni di matrimonio di miei nipoti : ci e’ stata riservata una sala.
Come aperitivo Weisenheimer Secco verde secco.. Zuppa di patate e panna secondo la ricetta della zona (Pfaelz).Piatto tipico dell’albergo costituito da stomaco di scrofa ripieno, gnocchi di fegato e wuerstel arrostito con crauti al riesling e purea di patate.
Davvero eccezionale! Vini: 2014 Spaetburgunder secco P. Kuhn, Laumersheim e 2016 Burgunfer Grigio Massermann-Jordan, Deidsheim. Infine créme brulee con una pallina di gelato al torroncino.
