Questo ristorante e’ stato prescelto per la serata clou del festeggiamente del 25simo anniversario di nozze. Spumante secco come aperitivo con tranci di sandwich. Poi si e’ entrati in sala riservata ed ognuno ed i posti erano preassegnati.
Uno dei tre tavoli.
Inizialmente alcuni bocconcini quale saluto da parte della cucina. Quindi Jacobmuschel arrosto con insalata, condita con aceto balsamico.
Vino Burgunder grigio Wendell. Purtroppo e’ saltata la luce nel villaggio ed il servizio è stato rallentato. Proseguito poi con un piccolo trancio di luccio.
Medaglione di cervo con pere imbevute in vino rosso e contorni vari.
Vino: 2015 Spaetburgunder Reibold.
Infine come dessert una tortina calda, ripiena di cioccolato, con una pallina di gelato.
Ottimo ed attento il servizio.
Insomma una cena di classe.
