La Cascina Lassi si estende per circa 60 ettari all’interno del Parco Agricolo Sud Milano, precisamente nel comune di Cerro al Lambro a soli 20 km da Milano.
D’estate è piacevolissimo mangiare all’aperto e d’inverno c’e’ un solo tavolo per circa venti/venticinque convitati.
Antipasto: prosciutto cotto (ottimo),salame e coppa, zucchine in agrodolce, castagne al miele e lardo da avvolgere intorno per gustare il contrasto dei sapori, caprino con mostarda di peperoni e frutta varia, frittellle di farina di castagne con ricotta e stracchino ed infine frittatine di zucca. Barbera La Sosta 2016. Poi è stato servito un superlativo risotto alla luganica, mantecato nel burro ( presumo di malga) valdostano. Quindi maiale al forno (abbastanza secco), accompagnato da patate a dadini alquanto insapori. Infine crostata di mela con una pallina di gelato di mele. Caffè e tre tipi di grappa o liquore. Il tutto a 30€ a persona.
Buon servizio anche se con tempi non brevi.
