Ci accomodiamo in giardino, accolti dal proprietario. Scegliamo un Pinot Nero Terlan Alto Adige del 2018. Bigoli con zucchine e pancetta. Poi abbcchio in crosta di mandorle. Infine mille foglie con zabaglione. Chiudiamo con grappa 50.
Ottimo e accurato il servizio. Ottimo il cibo, anche se le porzioni erano troppo grandi.
