Alessandro Cadario è Direttore Ospite Principale dell’Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali dal 2016. Ha diretto nelle stagioni dei principali enti lirici e festival italiani e internazionali; ha diretto importanti orchestre, tra cui il Coro e l’Orchestra del Teatro Regio di Torino, l’Orchestra Filarmonica della Fenice, l’Orchestra del Teatro Comunale di Bologna, l’Orchestra del Teatro Carlo Felice, l’Orchestra del Teatro Massimo di Palermo. Ha attirato l’attenzione di pubblico e critica nel 2014, in occasione del suo debutto alla Società del Quartetto di Milano e nel 2015 nella stagione dell’Opera di Firenze e del Teatro Petruzzelli. Sempre nel 2015 ha debuttato al Teatro alla Scala di Milano. Nel 2017 è stato scelto dalla Presidenza del Senato per dirigere il prestigioso concerto natalizio, trasmesso in diretta su RAI 1 dall’Aula del Senato e all’oggi, ha all’attivo collaborazioni con solisti come Mario Brunello, Alessandro Carbonare, Gautier Capuçon, Giovanni Sollima, Francesca Dego e Roman Simovic.

Nato nel 2001, inizia lo studio del violino a tre anni con il padre. Si diploma a quindici anni con Lode e Menzione d’Onore presso il Conservatorio di Salerno. Studia con Salvatore Accardo e Pavel Berman. Ha partecipato a numerosi concorsi nazionali ed internazionali classificandosi sempre al primo posto (Crescendo Agimus Firenze, XXIII Concorso Internazionale Violinistico Postacchini, International Competition L. Kogan Bruxells, International Music Competition Dinu Lipatti). Ha ottenuto il terzo premio (primo non assegnato) al prestigioso Enescu International Violin Competition di Bucarest. Si è esibito come solista in sale prestigiose quali: Festival Al Bustan di Beirut; Sala Čhaikovskij di Mosca; Sala Royale del Conservatorio di Bruxelles. Nel 2016 ha vinto il programma di RAI Prodigi – La Musica è Vita. Ha inciso un CD con la casa discografica Warner Classics.
